Utilize design skills to develop engaging slide decks that effectively communicate key messages.
Craft visually appealing press kits to accompany media releases and announcements.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with TGE's visual identity.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall marketing materials and messaging.
Support other design needs as they arise to further TGE's marketing objectives.
[URGENT NEED - APRIL 2024] Marketing Associate (Designer)
Assist in maintaining donor databases and tracking fundraising progress.
Conduct research on potential donors, grant opportunities, and fundraising trends.
Contribute innovative fundraising ideas during weekly team meetings.
Take ownership of implementing fundraising initiatives, including event production, donor outreach, and online fundraising.
Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Experience in nonprofit fundraising is helpful but not necessary.
Development Associate — Fundraising
Marketing Associate/Blogger (Writing)
Strong writing skills and a dedication to international development are essential.
Learn and embody the TGE Brand and Voice for cohesive marketing efforts.
Write and publish Blog updates when new projects are launched.
Help with the content for the monthly newsletter.
Collaborate closely with Development Associates, Social Media Team, and Program Director for unified marketing narratives.
Assist the Project Manager in managing both new and existing projects.
Experience in project management, training, or data analysis/measurement preferred.
Research new project applications to understand needs and possible solutions for underserved communities.
Track and measure the impact and growth of existing projects.
Opportunity for growth and ownership of projects and communications as familiarity with TGE and beneficiaries grows.
Project Coordinator and Researcher
Social Media Manager / Coordinator
Actively manage social media presence on Facebook and Instagram (@thegivingexchange).
Expand outreach on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube platforms.
Lead content creation and strategy across all platforms.
Collaborate with a team of 4-5 Coordinators/Designers/Content Creators.
Utilize CanvaPro for editing; open to other software preferences.
Experience with Buffer Publisher and Facebook Creator Studio preferred; open to alternative suggestions.
