Jewelry-Making Training Program

With your help, we funded a program at the Bahati Rehabilitation Center to train street boys to make jewelry. Not only did the boys learn skills that can generate future income, but they gained a tremendous amount of confidence and self-respect. The profits from jewelry sales will be used to fund similar self-sustaining projects, including carpet- and quilt-making.
