Become a Volunteer with The Giving Exchange
Many of our projects aren’t just about providing materials to these communities, but teaching people new skills and erecting structures that will give them access to clean water and reliable energy systems for years to come. You can read more about TGE’s accomplishments through our Success Stories.
Below are a few of the areas we are currently looking for volunteers to fill.
FUNDRAISING
The Giving Exchange is looking for people interested in hosting fundraisers to support our projects. Each of our projects, from Building Greenhouses to Donating Medical Supplies, help communities in need by supplying them with the resources necessary to create a healthier, more sustainable life. Do you have experience with fundraisers and a passion to better the lives of others? If so, volunteer to be part of TGE fundraising team and help collect donations for communities in need.
ONLINE MARKETING
TGE is looking to expand our online presence so we can grow our community and help even more people. One way to spread the word about our mission and goals is to increase our marketing efforts. The goal of the marketing team is to create more written content and visuals as well as enlarge our web audience. Examples of positions that need filling include content writer, web designer, graphic designer, and video editor.
PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Collaborating with other companies and nonprofits is an amazing way to expand our community and work with others to achieve mutual goals. We need volunteers who are willing to research and seek out the right partners for TGE. If you have excellent communication and partner-relation skills, we need you!
KENYA ON-SITE ASSISTANT MANAGER
This volunteer opportunity is location-based, but if you live in Kenya and would like to support TGE, consider becoming our on-site assistant manager. The assistant manager will regularly update TGE on current projects, provide information on new support opportunities, and manage project transactions.
